I was able to get my hands on both a manual and an automatic Vapor King Passthru. While the manual battery, which is activated by a small button, gives you more control over vapor production, I prefer the automatic battery for the passthru model. This is because I can just keep the ecig in my mouth which allows my hands to be free to type.

Vapor4Life sells over 100 different cartomizer flavors. I tried several of their Wow Vapor cartomizers with  my Vapor King Passthrus and thoroughly enjoyed most of them. The only downside of the Wow Vapor cartomizers is that they take a while to warm up and produce a lot of vapor. The vapor production from each cartomizer lacks at first, but after using them for a few minutes, they begin creating clouds of vapor.
