Affiliate Agreement</p>
<p>This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate (an "Affiliate") in the pure affiliate program. </p>
<p>By submitting an application to become an Affiliate, you warrant that you have read and understood this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by it.</p>
<p>To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program Application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection in a timely manner. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject your application for any or no reason whatsoever.</p>
<p>Upon notice of acceptance of your application, this Agreement shall be effective between you and Pure Cigs, LLC (‘pure’).</p>
<p>1. Definitions<br />
Throughout this Agreement, capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in quotes. In addition, the following definitions apply:</p>
<p>1.1. "Advertising" or "Advertisements" means any and all banner advertisements, pop-under placements, text links or other solicitations (including, if approved in advance by pure, pure emails) through the Internet that promote the pure product and contain a Link to the pure Site.</p>
<p>1.2. "Link" means an embedded graphic, icon or text provided by the pure Affiliate Program or pure containing a unique hypertext pointer to the URL address for the pure Site embedded in an Advertisement and which identifies the number of consumers that become Subscribers via the Advertisement.</p>
<p>1.3. "pure Email" means any material you send by electronic mail that promotes the pure product. pure emails require advance approval by pure per Section 4.3 and are otherwise prohibited.</p>
<p>1.4. "pure product" means pure products currently offered on the pure site.</p>
<p>1.5. "pure site" means the pure Internet site that is currently located at http://www.purecigs.com and any other additional, substitute or successor site that may be designated by pure under this Agreement.</p>
<p>1.6. "Customer" means a person, with a mailing address within the United States, its territories, or possessions, or Canada who (i) purchases the pure product using a Link and through such Link successfully purchases pure product (i.e., requiring the entry of name, address, email address, and valid payment information) via the pure Site and (ii) has not previously purchased the pure product.</p>
<p>2. Term and Termination</p>
<p>2.1. The term of this Agreement ("Term") will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party.</p>
<p>2.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination.</p>
<p>2.3. Upon termination of this Agreement, Affiliate shall immediately cease serving Advertisements.</p>
<p>2.4. No Referral Fees or bonuses shall be due with respect to Customers who register after the date of termination. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment permanently or for a reasonable period of time as necessary to calculate properly any amount that may or may not be due to you.</p>
<p>2.5. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement will be extinguished, except for those rights and obligations that either by their express terms survives or that are otherwise necessary for the enforcement of the Agreement.</p>
<p>3. Obligations of pure</p>
<p>3.1. Upon acceptance of your application, you will have the ability to access performance reports via your account in the pure Affiliate Program. The pure Affiliate Program interface will contain certain sales reports and traffic information related to your affiliate relationship with pure. These reports will contain estimates of (i) the number of Internet user click-throughs to the pure Site from use of Advertising; (ii) the Referral Fees payable to you pursuant to Section 3.3, below, and; (iii) the number of Customers generated from use of Advertising.</p>
<p>3.2. pure shall provide you with all Advertising and you shall use only Advertising provided by pure in promoting the pure product. The Advertising available for your use will be made available in the pure Affiliate Program. pure shall be solely responsible for creating and modifying all Advertising.</p>
<p>3.3. During the Term, pure shall pay you a fee ("Referral Fee") for each sale from customer you deliver as of the last day of the month, as documented on the reporting system located in the pure Affiliate Program. pure reserves the right to adjust the Referral Fee payable to you to the extent of any reporting errors, fraudulent Purchases or intentional manipulations of the registration process, all as determined in our reasonable, good faith discretion. In addition to all other remedies available to it, pure shall have the right to refuse to make any payment to you with respect to any Customer that pure, in its reasonable, good faith discretion, determines was obtained as a result of promotional efforts that were in breach of this Agreement. The Referral Fees payable shall be in accordance with the Referral Fee pricing schedule set forth on the pure Payment Schedule. The pure Payment Schedule is located on the pure Affiliate Site and is available through the pure Affiliate Program. pure reserves the right to change the Referral Fees payable hereunder by providing notice to you and reflecting such changes on the pure Payment Schedule. Any changes to the Referral Fees shall become effective upon notice to you. Such notice may be in the form of an email to you or by posting in the pure Affiliate Program. See Section 12.3 for information about your obligations regarding notices.</p>
<p>4. Obligations of Affiliate</p>
<p>4.1. As an Affiliate, you are permitted to promote the pure product only through Advertisements offered through the methods listed below. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to remove you from the pure Affiliate Network for any or no reason whatsoever.</p>
<p>4.1.1. Links from your website to the pure Site, and</p>
<p>4.1.2. Links or pop-under placements on websites for which you have received express written permission from such sites to serve such links or placements and as otherwise subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement.</p>
<p>4.2. All promotional activities undertaken by you to promote the pure product shall be made in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not complete the registration to or otherwise interact with the pure product on behalf of any third party. You are only permitted hereunder to link third parties to the pure Site. All information obtained at the pure Site from individuals linking to the pure Site shall be the sole and exclusive property of pure and, except as specifically provided herein, you shall neither have access to such information nor use any device, technique or software to obtain information from the pure Site.</p>
<p>4.3. If you desire to promote the pure product (i) by purchasing, either directly or indirectly, search terms from websites, search engines or other directory or referral services (e.g., Overture, Google, and Yahoo!), (ii) by incorporating keyword text into meta tags or websites or by using other search engine optimization techniques, (iii) by distributing pure Emails, or (iv) by offering, either directly or indirectly, any consideration or incentives to potential Subscribers to register for the pure product, including without limitation, payment of money, rebates, discounts or other benefits, you must first get written permission from us, which may be given or withheld in our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to revoke such permission at any time for any or no reason whatsoever.</p>
<p>4.4. You shall not bid or otherwise purchase, either directly or indirectly, the search name "pure" or any misspelling or variant thereof from websites, search engines or other directory referral services.</p>
<p>4.5. You shall not, in any way, utilize pop-over Advertisements or Spyware to promote the pure product. You shall replace any Advertising displayed on your site with any new Advertising provided by pure within ten (10) days after receiving notice from us of the new Advertising. You shall not modify any Advertisement in any way.</p>
<p>4.6. Your site shall not in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of the pure Site, nor shall you create the impression that your site is the pure Site or a part of the pure Site. You shall not use pure or any variation or misspellings thereof in your URL. You shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the pure Site.</p>
<p>4.7. During the Term, you will not disparage pure, the pure Site or the pure product, or portray these in a derogatory or negative manner. The content of your website will, at all times, be in good taste. You are solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website and will indemnify, defend and hold pure harmless from any claims arising out of or related to your website.</p>
<p>4.8 You may not advertise pure by way of any health claims or claims that pure is a smoking cessation device. You may not use any form or variations of the words "SAFE" or "HEALTH" in your advertising. You may not make any claims as to the chemical composition of the pure cartridges or vapor, other than those statements expressly contained on the pure website. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, any violation of this section shall result in immediate termination of your account without notice and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings as liquid damages for violation of this section.</p>
<p>5. Subaffiliates and Agents</p>
<p>If you operate subaffiliate networks, work with Agents or conduct reward programs with users, you agree to the following:</p>
<p>5.1. Any relationships you enter into with third parties, subaffiliates, or agents ("Agents") in connection with your promotion of the pure product are at your sole discretion. pure shall not be a party to any agreement that you have with an Agent and you are not authorized to make any commitments on behalf of pure to such Agents, including commitments regarding payment of fees to the Agents by pure or commitments for licenses to pure's name, logo(s), any provided images, or other intellectual property. Agents are not third party beneficiaries of this Agreement with pure. Any breach by your Agents of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement by you and pure shall have full recourse against you with respect to such breach. In the event pure has approved your use of pure Emails, as required under this Agreement, that approval is personal to you only and may not be transferred to an Agent. An Agent may not send any pure Emails without separate approval from pure in each instance.</p>
<p>5.2. You will provide pure with an up-to-date list of your Agents (site name and url) upon request.</p>
<p>5.3. You agree to terminate your relationship with an Agent as it pertains to the pure Affiliate Network if an Agent engages in any activity that is prohibited as provided by this Agreement or if requested by pure, and if you do not terminate such Agent within five (5) business days from pure's request, pure reserves the right to withdraw you and all your Agents from the Affiliate Network and to refuse payment of any monies owing to you hereunder.</p>
<p>5.4. You agree not to use any of the information provided via the pure Affiliate Program tracking technology to identify unique individual customer activity conducted by pure, nor to allow others to use the technology to identify such unique customer activity, nor to access such unique customer activity or data. You further agree not to transfer or reuse any data generated by the pure Affiliate Program.</p>
<p>5.5. You are solely responsible for technical implementation and maintenance of any linking technology or tracking parameters necessary to utilize the pure Affiliate Program. You are responsible for conducting appropriate testing and verification of the pure Affiliate Program tracking parameters including link creation, click through, ordering, and reporting as necessary to insure correct and dependable operation of the pure Affiliate Program tracking feature. You understand and agree that your failure to properly implement the pure Affiliate Program technology feature can and will result in an inability of pure to pay you Referral Fees, for which pure has no obligation.</p>
<p>6. Modification</p>
<p>We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in Referral Fees, payment procedures, and permitted promotional activities. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Network following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of change.</p>
<p>7. Ownership of Advertising and Indemnification</p>
<p>7.1. pure represents that it is the owner of the Advertising and has all ownership or license rights with respect to the contents thereof. pure and Affiliate hereby acknowledge and agree that Affiliate shall have no responsibility with respect to the content of the Advertising supplied by pure hereunder. Any modifications to the Advertising made by Affiliate without the written consent of pure shall void the forgoing and Affiliate shall be liable for any damages arising therefrom.</p>
<p>7.2. pure shall defend, indemnify and hold Affiliate, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to the extent arising out of or related to any actual or alleged breach of this Agreement by pure, including without limitation any infringement of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party by the Advertising.</p>
<p>7.3. Affiliate shall defend, indemnify and hold pure, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to the extent arising out of or related to any breach or alleged breach of this Agreement by Affiliate, including without limitation any breach of Affiliate's obligations under Section 4 above, and the confidentiality obligations outlined in Section 11 below.</p>
<p>7.4. Any party seeking indemnification under this Section 7 shall promptly notify the indemnifying party in writing of the claim and shall reasonably cooperate with the indemnifying party with respect to such claim. The indemnifying party will be entitled to control the defense and settlement of any claim against which the other party seeks indemnification with counsel of its own choosing and at its own expense; provided, that the indemnified party will be entitled to approve any non-monetary settlement.</p>
<p>7.5. The indemnity obligations under this Section 7 shall survive termination of this Agreement.</p>
<p>8. Warranty Disclaimer</p>
<p>Except as expressly set forth herein, neither party makes any representations or warranties, express or implied, including any express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, or any representation or warranty as to any revenues or other economic or non-economic benefit that may accrue to the other party by reason of its participation in this Agreement. Furthermore, pure specifically makes no representation or warranty relative to the performance levels or continuous operation of the pure Site or the pure Affiliate Program.</p>
<p>9. Limitation of Liability</p>
<p>NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.</p>
<p>10. Public Announcements</p>
<p>Neither party may make any public announcement about the terms of the Agreement without the other party's prior written approval and consent. The parties agree that there will be no press releases issued in connection with this Agreement and you may not identify or list pure as a provider of Advertising to you without prior written approval from pure.</p>
<p>11. Confidentiality</p>
<p>Each party acknowledges that by reason of its relationship to the other party hereunder it will have access to certain information and materials concerning the other's business, plans, customers, technology, products and services that are confidential and of substantial value to the other party, which value would be impaired if such information were disclosed to third parties. In particular, the parties hereto acknowledge that the information regarding Subscribers obtained during the Term and the effectiveness of Advertising hereunder are highly confidential and valuable to pure. Each party agrees that it shall not use in any way for its own account or the account of any third party, nor disclose to any third party, any such information revealed to it as a result of or arising out of the relationship hereunder (other than to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement). Each party shall take every reasonable precaution to protect the confidentiality of such information. This Section shall survive termination of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Section to the contrary, any information (i) required by legal process to be disclosed, (ii) already in the public domain or (iii) released through no fault of the parties will not be considered confidential information hereunder.</p>
<p>12. General Provisions</p>
<p>12.1. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, without reference to its choice of law rules.</p>
<p>12.2. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a continuing waiver, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in a signed writing.</p>
<p>12.3. Notices and other communications to you, as required or permitted to be given hereunder, shall be posted in the pure Affiliate Program and/or otherwise e-mailed to the e-mail address provided in your application and shall be deemed effective upon posting or e-mailing, as applicable. You are responsible for updating your contact information within the pure Affiliate Program, and pure has no responsibility for any inability to contact you due to obsolete or incorrect contact information or due to any spam filters or other communication blocking devices you may employ. Notice or other communications to pure shall be sent by e-mail to affiliates@pureecigs.com and shall be deemed effective one business day after e-mailing.</p>
<p>12.4. This Agreement may not be assigned or otherwise transferred by you without the express written consent of pure.</p>
<p>12.5. The division of this Agreement into separate sections, subsections and/or exhibits and the insertion of titles or headings is for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.</p>
<p>12.6. You and pure are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture or agency relationship. You'll have no authority to make or accept any offers, warranties, or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would cause confusion as to our relationship with you or otherwise contradict anything in this Section.</p>
<p>12.7. Each party hereby represents that it has the authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement, including that all individuals executing this Agreement are 18 years of age or older.</p>
<p>The submission of your application shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.<br />

Let me tell you, as soon as I threw some of this formerly name Harley 56 liquid on the atomizer, I was amazed. It is highly consistent, strong, and a great flavor. The first thing I noticed was that it had a lifetime replacement warranty listed right on the outside of the box. Most places do not provide a warranty like this, so you know their product is made with the highest quality standards or it would cost them more money than they would make. The outer packaging is done very nice and sealed in plastic.

When you open it up, you see two batteries and two cartomizers. There is a long and a short batter to meet your needs no matter what the situation. The short battery brings the electronic cigarette to the traditional size of an analog cigarette. The long batter is great for times when you are out longer because it lasts much longer. The two cartridges contain the atomizer in them so you get a new one with every cartridge to really keep the replacement costs and maintenance down.

When I took my first drag, I was blown away. Every other electronic cigarette I have used required a slight priming period before you would get large amounts of vapor. The Duo Electronic Cigarette by Fifty-One puts out so much vapor from the very first puff that you will cloud the room. The throat hit was great and the sensation was very similar to smoking a regular cigarette. On some of the bigger puffs, I actually started to cough because it was too much vapor. Don’t worry, you can control the amount of vapor you get by the length of drags you take. The flavor tastes pretty close to Tobacco, although I have tasted flavors that were closer in comparison.

The length of the cart life was around 1 pack in my estimation. It delivers quite the bang for the buck. I used this out at the Madison’s Club in Madison, WI and drew plenty of attention from those around me as I competed with the fog machine that the DJ was using. This electronic cigarette will leave you satisfied on all levels. If you are more of a menthol smoker than a traditional tobacco smoker, Fifty-One has a menthol cartridge for you as well. E-Lites E-Cigarette Starter Kit Reviews

I will admit that when I was first contacted by e-lites my first thought was that this would be another small company that wouldn’t last. After doing some more research, I learned that I was completely wrong and E Lites is a real contender when it comes to e-cigarette brands in the United Kingdom. They offer quality e cigarettes but my attraction to e-lites is because of the small things that increase customer satisfaction.

The first kit we got from E Lites is the E80 E-Cigarette Starter Kit. I have seen e cigs packed in this type of packaging before but our e-lite E80 review showed that the contents of this cigarette style packaging were above the rest in its class. These type of e cigarettes are usually considered semi-disposables, but the E80 eCig is a fully rechargeable e cigarette that will more than outlast it’s value based on the low price of £25.99.

When we look inside to see what is all included, we found 1 battery, a USB charger, and 2 E-Tips Cartomizers (the combination of an atomizer and e-liquid. The case itself, while cardboard, is great. Here is the first little detail I alluded to earlier, spending the extra money to cut the cardboard to open just like a pack of cigarettes really completes the feeling of smoking. Everything can be carried around in the case as well because it has a nice insert inside to hold everything in place and to protect your E80 electronic cigarette. Each cartridge is around 2 packs of cigarettes, so when you add up the equivalent of 80 cigarettes compared to the cost of this kit, it pays for itself right away. Outside of Pure Cigs, I have not seen single batteries sell for much less than the cost if this kit and it isn’t a one-time use battery, you can keep using it.

Now it’s time to go to the E Lites E80 review of the product. I didn’t find many E80 reviews on the Internet but that is okay because Electronic Cigarette Nation has been a leader in offering reviews of e cigarettes first like the entire smoke51 product line, Pure Cigs, Never Light Again, Firebrand Cigs, e-rette, and more. On to the E80, it is a two piece e cig that is easily assembled and requires zero maintenance because you get a new atomizer with every cartridge. The vapor production was very similar to a traditional analog cigarette and the throat hit was just what I expect and want out of an e-cig replacing my Marlboro Lights. While one battery barely was making it the whole day for me, it was fine because I used the USB charger that stores in the pack to charge it at my computer. I would recommend that you either buy the e-lites Duo 2 electronic cigarette kit or an additional battery. Each additional battery is a bargain at £9.99 and the Duo 2 kit comes with two batteries, five cartridges, a tough case, wall charger, and UBS charger for £49.99. A single battery not making it through the day for me is not unheard of based on the amount I vape. I can tell you that the G9 batteries from e-lites are quite possibly the best compact size battery I have ever used. It has unique charging indicators that show a brighter LED based on charge level and

I have used this kit over several weeks and the only wear and tear showing was the cardboard case. It wasn’t badly damaged but the cardboard doesn’t last for a long time unlike the tough case that comes with the Duo 2 or E200 electric cigarettes which will last you longer than your e cigarette itself. While I like the E80 for the price, it is clear that the E200 is worth the extra £14 to get the hard case and an additional 120 cigarettes worth of cartridges. You also can’t go wrong with the Duo 2 kit for £10 more than the E200 kit and you get an extra battery and a wall charger as well to go with your USB charger to really complete your transition to a great smoking alternative.

I wanted to finish this E Lites review by pointing out a couple more little things that will keep you happy without even thinking about it. The first is a stock indication and commitment to ship the same day you place the order if it is in before 3:00 PM. Knowing if an item is in stock with most brands is impossible, in fact some brands know an item isn’t in stock but they sell it with no mention of this and then email the customer after payment that there is a shipping delay. Having worked in logistics for 7 years in various Countries for the Military and Fortune 500 companies, I really understand the value of over delivering on a shipment and getting it in the customer’s hands as soon as possible. As a technology hungry person as well, I know how bad I want a new gadget after ordering it online and nothing upsets me more than stock issues or shipment delays and that is never a problem with e-lites thanks to their honesty and desire to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Volcano E Cigs Starter Kit

Our Volcano E Cig Starter Kit review revealed several interesting things about this growing company. The first electronic cigarette I purchased was from Volcano and I must say I felt like I didn’t get valid information from a review and I made the wrong purchase.

After complaints, management listened and they redesigned everything except Volcano’s high quality customer service and shipping department. That is what got them through the difficult times in the beginning. I am happy to say now that I can recommend the Volcano for 3/4 pack a day or less smokers out there.

The kit comes with two batteries and that should be pod enough to get 3/4 pack a day smokers brought the day without running out if batteries. The charging case that comes with them will ensure that for everyone else that smokes more.

The vapor production has improved greatly along with the throat hit. They are not my favorite as a heavy smoker but I could see them taking some market share away from Blu Cigs. The flavors are great and the pineapple has an awesome island taste to it.

So if you are a lighter or social smoker, the new and improved Volcano Starter Kit may be right for you. Our Volcano review found this product to be upper middle quality.

SmokeStik is rapidly becoming the most recognized brand in the world. They have locations throughout the world and are starting to dominate the US market. Many Celebrities have been seen using SmokeStik, most recently was Katherine Heigl on the Letterman show. They successfully used this smoking alternative to give up regular cigarettes. Rick from SmokeStik USA submitted a kit for review with Electronic Cigarette Nation. We received the Hendu Elite and some extra goodies.

When I first received my starter kit from SmokeStik I was excited. Their kit is unlink most from the very get go. The packaging is more professional and well put together than other companies out there. Their customer support is superior and the shipment did arrive very fast. The style of the Hendu Elite Electronic Cigarette from SmokeStik is top of the line. It is a slick platinum color and so are the cartridges. The LED light on the end is unlike others as well. It has a glass look and is more subtle than you normally see. It didn’t take me long to notice that this is the most elegant two piece electronic cigarette I have found on the market.

SmokeStik Hendu Case

I took all the components out of the box and was able to get vaping in a minute flat. While I do recommend you fully charge your batteries before use, they do hold enough charge to just take a couple puffs. If you are like me, when you get a product like the Hendu Elite, you become a kid on Christmas and can’t wait to use it as soon as it is in your hands. The very first drag produced nearly the same amount of vapor as the rest of the the drags on the unit. Almost EVERY E Cigarette Stater Kit I have used required priming of some sort. I am not sure what the difference is that Smoke Stik does, but I am glad they do!

The throat hit was very good in the fact that it isn’t too soft or too hard during use. The taste is a nice fruity tobacco taste that actual worked very well for me (my old brand was Marlboro). Every drag of the Hendu Elite was as good as the last one. The vapor production is not at the level or Green Smoke, but it does perform better. The Hendu Elite E Cigarette puts out a little more vapor than a cigarette’s smoke, so it meets the needs.

Next you will find the manual that will explain everything you need to know about the eSmoke Sensation Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit. E-rette: Disposable Cigar

E-rette was one of the first electronic cigarette companies to sell electronic cigars. Their disposable electronic cigar is amazingly similar to a traditional cigar from the draw to the taste and sensation. In fact, if it weren’t for the lack of tobacco leaves stuck in your teeth and bad breath, you might forget that you aren’t smoking a real cigar.

I rarely smoked cigars so I’m no expert. However, I once in a while went old school with a White Russian and a cigar at our local cigar lounge. I tried a variety from cheap to expensive and I know what I like, but it took a bit of trial and error. For this reason, I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed the E-rette Disposable Cigar from the first puff. The draw is very similar to a larger cigar, requiring a stronger puff than most electronic cigarettes. The taste is semi-sweet at first and turns into a smooth, full-bodied flavor. The vapor production is also impressive.

E-rette Electronic Cigar Of course there are some differences between the E-rette disposable electronic cigar and a traditional cigar. Because the majority of the e-cigar is a large battery, it is much heavier than its tobacco-filled counterpart. Also, the mouthpiece is hard-plastic so you can’t bite down or chew on it in the same fashion as a traditional cigar. Luckily, I don’t really realize these differences after using the electronic cigar for a little while.

E-rette Electronic Cigar

When we first received our Mini Disposable Cigar made by E-rette, we were surprised at how similar it was to a real cigar. The flavor was indicated to be Cuban and while I cannot verify this (not having even smoked a Cuban, go easy on me!), It did taste like a premium quality cigar. They advertise it as offering 600 puffs per cigar and we found that to be very accurate. Ours actually lasted longer than that, however it will vary based on how you use it and how much vapor you draw from it with each drag. These currently only are offered at 16mg nicotine levels, however that should fit most consumers.

The highlights are that it comes fully charged and ready to go. All you do is push in the tip to activate it and you are ready to start vaping with your new electronic cigar. This was a breeze and made life good because I didn’t have to wait 3 hours for it to charge. I am all about simplicity and this meet those needs. Another great benefit is the ability to take a few puffs of the e cigar and put it away and take it out later. While I cannot say this is true for every single one, I went back to mine 2 months later and it still worked, quite impressive! Krave: 500 Disposable

If you’ve been to a mall or gas station lately, you’ve probably seen the Krave disposable e-cigs being sold next to Fifty-One’s starter kits. This is the case in Wisconsin where Electronic Cigarette Nation is based. The Krave is a sub-brand of Fifty-One. Up until recently we dismissed the Fifty-One family as a Smoking Everywhere wannabe. But after getting over my ego, I decided to see what Fifty-One and the Krave were all about.

After being thoroughly impressed by The Duo by Fifty-One, the Krave 500 disposable electronic cigarette had a lot to live up to. The Krave 500 comes in Tobacco and Menthol flavors and I chose Tobacco. The packaging is simple and is obviously made for being sold in stores. After finagling the Krave 500 out of it’s case, I first noticed it’s size. It’s very large but this is justified by it’s claims of giving “up to 500 puffs.” Next I noticed that it is one solid piece. I’ve used other disposable e-cigs but the battery always unscrews from the cartomizer. I realized that this doesn’t really make sense as there isn’t a need to take a disposable apart. I popped off the cap, pulled off the “intake” hole-covering sticker and went to town.

The Krave 500 in Tobacco flavor has a very organic taste. There is no sweetness to it, and it actually tastes somewhat like burning tobacco leaves. I wasn’t sure about the flavor after my first few puffs, but it quickly grew on me. I still prefer other e-liquids much more than the Krave Tobacco flavor, but it is pretty nice. The throat hit is very subtle, yet strangely satisfying. To top it off, the vapor production is great.

Disposables are meant for people who are interested in trying electronic cigarettes, but don’t want to invest in expensive starter kits. If you are a smoker of ultra-light cigarettes (as they used to call them) and are on the fence, try out the Krave 500. Fifty-One also sells a Krave Disposable “pack” which consists of three pieces and comes with four cartridges; we hope to test it out soon.

Cloud 9 offers one of the most unique electronic cigarettes that we have seen at a very affordable price. With a limited amount of drawbacks with this e-cig, the Cloud 9 501 – 502 Hybrid is a good option for consumers who are unsure of what style they may want. The reason we call it unique is due to the ability to use the same battery for the three piece model as the two piece. What does this mean you may ask? It means you can buy either kit and if you want a change you can buy cartomizers (cartridges with a new atomizer built in every one) or empty carts and an atomizer and switch out whenever you want. Cloud 9 E Cigarette Case

The vapor production from the Cloud 9 502 E Cigarette is good. It is not the most we have seen but is the equivalent of the amount of smoke that comes from an analog cigarette. The throat hit is solid as well to emulate the sensation of smoking. The style is superior, especially if you get the all black version that looks really slick. The white and tan version looks just like a cigarette and is great for those trying to match a cigarettes look.

The Cloud 9 501 E Cigarette is the three piece design that doesn’t live up to the 502 E Cig by Cloud 9. The 501 E Cigarette comes with two batteries, 1 atomizer, 5 cartridges, 1 user manual, and 1 wall charger. The style is one of the best features of this e-cigarette. It comes with batteries in three different color choice: White, Black, and Pink. The cartridges are tan or black and it is around the size of a normal analog cigarette. The place where the 501 E Cig comes up short is the atomizer and cartridges. The cartridges are difficult to get off the atomizer to refill and the atomizer does not produce much vapor at all. The throat hit is still pretty good, but not as good as the 502 E Cigarette that Cloud 9 makes. It is important to point out that Cloud 9 offers some great liquid and can really save you money. 51 Trio Electronic Cigarettes

The Trio electronic cigarette has several things going well for it. The first being the presentation upon receipt. This kit looks professional and great. The next is the company backing it. Fifty-One is a large company that is not going anywhere without a fight. They offer great customer service, fast shipping, and a lifetime replacement warranty.

When I first used the e cigarette, I did not get much vapor as you can see in the video review. The atomizer needs to be primed before it will produce better vapor. So do not be turned off by the first couple puffs. It does get better and produces an amount of vapor that is the equivalent to the smoke you would get from your cigarettes. It produces more vapor than products from Blu and Luci, but is still no where close to the Duo by Fifty-One. The vapor amount would be adequate for the average consumer, but I am on the side that enjoys more vapor.

The throat hit was minimal with this electronic cigarette, which is not a bad thing for everyone. Most social smokers or light smokers do not like an electronic cigarette that provides a harsh feeling. Being a heavy smoker, I actually enjoy the stronger throat hit.

The taste was good, close to a tobacco, but not quite the same as your regular cigarettes. However, we do advise that no e cigarette will ever taste exactly like a cigarette because the science behind them is different and there is no burning occurring that produces the general taste of a cigarette. Keep in mind that with the Fifty-One products that doctors have supported them and stated that there are no carcinogens in their liquid. So if you are looking for a smoking alternative without 4000+ chemicals, the Fifty-One ensure you are not ingesting that many chemicals to get your nicotine fix.

You can buy liquid from anyone and easily refill these cartridges, but if you want pre-filled cartridges, Fifty-One does offer those. The flavors they offer are:

You may wonder why they only offer those two flavors and the answer is to keep kids from using electronic cigarettes. It is believed by anti-smoking groups and the FDA that only kids like flavors and that will encourage them to take up the use of e cigarettes. Now I know that sounds ridiculous, but that is their belief and we respect Fifty-One for leading the way in ensuring no one under 18 gets their electronic cigarettes. Overall, I would recommend this electronic cigarette to social to light smokers. While you can get better deals online, in a pinch you can run to the local gas station or mall and pick up some refill cartridges. If you smoke more than 3/4 of a pack a day, then we recommend you get The Duo by Fifty-One.

Well, Ryan and I were both at a pack or more a day of cigarettes consumed before we found the electronic cigarette. One of the greatest features of the e cigarette is saving money! Most people who smoke less than half a pack a day are not overly concerned with the cost and our target market is the consumers who smoke a lot of cigarettes. This does not mean that we do not have options and reviews for those who smoke less and today we bring you the e-rette mini e-rette electronic cigarette starter kit.

The mini e-rette starter kits comes with the following:

It is a three piece design that has a battery, reusable atomizer, and cartridges. Smokers can buy the carts pre-filled or fill them on their own with any liquid. When you get your kit, it will actually have pre-filled carts and you can change from there. One of the unique features with the atomizer on this kit is that it has a self cleaning feature. After you have reached 1500 puffs, the battery will continue to light for six seconds and a micro-processor will begin cleaning the unit automatically. The claims are that the carts last around half a pack of traditional cigarettes.

When I first got this kit, I was impressed as usual with the presentation of the kit. It comes in a nicely branded box and has the packing list right on the side. You open it up to find two batteries that are the same length and one has the atomizer attached to it with a dummy cartridge over it to protect it. Once you remove the top tray in the box, you find your five pack of cartridges, the USB charger, and the wall charger. While these come with a charge already, we highly recommend you plug it in before using it and fully charge each battery. After the first charge, it takes around 3-4 hours to charge each battery and that may change slightly depending on if you are using the USB or wall charger.

The mini e-rette e cig is around the size of a regular cigarette and very lightweight. This can make it much easier for some to transition to this smoking alternative. The first couple puffs offered less vapor as the atomizer primed, but after that the normal amount began to come out. This does produce a fair amount of vapor for a small e cigarette and will satisfy most half a pack a day or less smokers out there. The throat hit is decent, but not as strong as the regular e-rette electronic cigarette. As far as consistency, it worked the same every time until you are out of liquid. The tobacco flavor is great from e-rette and comes close to mimicking some traditional cigarettes out there.

I have tried almost every model of electronic cigarette on the market. Electronic Cigarette Review after review and and many times I was left unsatisfied. I used my Regular E-rette electronic cigarette at work and was able to plug in the USB charger to my desktop and keep going without having to install anything on my computer. I also increased my productivity because I wasn’t taking smoke breaks. It was almost a kick back to old times when you could smoke at your desk, but now you can vape without hurting your co-workers and still get your nicotine fix!

For those of you who are not gadget friendly, don’t worry because this electronic cigarette is assembled and ready to use in seconds. I took out my battery and cartridge and had them screwed together instantly and I was off to the races with vaping. This vapor level that this e cigarette puts out is way more than smoke that you would get with a regular cigarette. The throat hit is amazing and it feels very similar to a real cigarette. While all of the flavors are great, I personally prefer tobacco as it is close to regular cigarettes. Each cartridge did tend to last the amount of time I would have smoked 1.5 packs of cigarettes. The benefit to this two piece design is that it allows larger cartridges and more space for the e-liquid. If you are going to switch to electronic cigarettes and start smoking anywhere, the Regular E-rette Starter kit is the best choice out there!

Electronic Cigarettes Inc. is the definition of cutting edge when it comes to electronic cigarettes. They offer a great disposable, two solid models, a great screwdriver series, and are in developments for an American assembled brand in the near future. Actress Katherine Heigl, the star of Knocked Up, Life As We all know It and gray’s Anatomy, recently appeared at the Late Show with David Letterman and touted the advantages of eco friendly cigarettes often referred to as e-cigs. During her interview, the conversation turned to smoking, and Heigl surprised Letterman by pulling out her eco friendly cigarette and smoking it on stage.

When speaking with Letterman, Heigl discussed her addiction to cigarettes and she mentioned the difficult experiences she had while seeking to give up smoking. She explained that she tried different remedies to kick the habit, but nothing worked.

Heigl then went directly to explain exactly what an electronic cigarette is. She referred to the battery, the cartridges and mentioned that the unit contained liquid nicotine. As she explained to Letterman, the smoke that she produced while at the show was actually just water vapor

Because it seems, she’s not the sole one in love with e-cigs or electronic cigarettes. Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Depp, in addition to veteran sportsman Jose Canseco, also are e-cig advocates. Many people are still smoking cigarettes and paying the high cigarette prices. In Wisconsin, smokers are paying $6.50 – $7.50 a pack at the locations that offer good deals. It pains me to say good deals in that sentence as it sounds like an oxymoron. When we first started using the electronic cigarette, it was to save money. No longer am I spending $4928.00 a year for my wife and I to smoke a pack a day. We are now paying $1 or less a day (depending on the e cigarette we are using) for a total of $352 a year max. It seems like common sense to do it because you can take that money and buy a high def TV, a XBOX360, playstation 3, AND a WII and perhaps still have money left over. If that doesn’t motivate you to quit or switch over to electronic cigarettes, perhaps a couple other benefits will…

First of all, my house does not smell like crap anymore and I am not going outside at friends houses. It gets really cold in Wisconsin and let me tell you that I did perfect the art of smoking a cigarette in under 2 minutes thanks to the harsh winters, but I really enjoy staying inside! Also, I am not killing my dogs with second hand smoke anymore, quite a plus in my book. My lungs feel better without the cigarette smoking and my wallet feels better without the high cigarette prices.

I am not telling you to get an electronic cigarette because quitting all together would save you the most, but it is a great alternative for those who can’t quit cold turkey; I know I couldn’t. The FDA has been targeting electronic cigarette companies online much more than cigarette companies that sell online. Electronic Cigarette Nation is committed to doing anything to help prevent under 18 people from getting their hands on electronic cigarettes and we want the same for regular cigarettes. The truth remains that there is little regulation in assuring someone is over 18 for even online cigarette purchases. The FDA seems to have lost some focus on these sales as they believe most people purchase from stores.

In a bad economy, people are turning to electronic cigarettes to save money. However, the word still has not spread enough and smokers are also turning to online sites to find discounted cigarettes. Cigarettes online seem to be just as easy as anything to obtain if you have a credit card. In the past, I would have said a credit card was a strong enough requirement, but now younger kids have credit cards and the issue is becoming a problem.

We would like to see the FDA provide the same focus on cigarettes online as they do with electronic cigarettes online. Lets work together to keep kids out of the addiction to nicotine. I have never met a smoker who said they were glad they took up smoking, so prevention is the best method. We also ask that the FDA does not ban or regulate the electronic cigarette any different than the analog cigarettes. The facts are simple, 4000+ chemicals in regular cigarettes and 3-10 in electronic cigarettes. We know that nicotine is not good for you, but it seems as though less chemicals would be better for you!

In Wisconsin, we have smoking bans almost everywhere you go. I usually get people turning their head and whispering to the person next to them before they inquire about me smoking inside. Where Can I Vape? Part 2

Today was a challenging day for me, everything started off wrong. In the past, I would have gone for a cigarette, but thank God for Vaping. I was able to make it through the day using my e-rette electronic cigarette, njoy electronic cigarette, and premium e cigarette. I usually carry multiple ones loaded with different flavors depending on what I am in the mood for.

New Locations I Vaped at:

Casa Del Sol: A Mexican Restaurant

Today I had a business meeting during lunch and we went to a Mexican Restaurant names Casa Del Sol. After eating the oversized portions, I took out my electronic cigarette. They initially came over and said I could not use it. Once I explained what it was, how it worked, and that it was water vapor they let me continue to use it. This was the most enjoyable vape of the day.

Vaping at Casa Del Sol result: Negative at first, but it all smoothed over and I continued to vape.

Target: Storefront

I had to swing by Target after work and pick up my wife. I went in and while we were walking around, I took out my electronic cigarette and began to use it. There was no feedback at all and only a couple of people looking at me oddly. I half expected the security to find me from watching on the cameras, but nothing happened.

Where Can I Vape? Part 1

Today I am starting a new series called Where Can I Vape? The idea is simple, I will provide places I have or tried to vape along with the results and reactions of others.

This morning I started by vaping in my house. This may not seem significant to some, but if you are married, you will understand. My wife hates smoking in the house because everything begins to smell like cigarettes, the walls change color over time, and it is just generally bad to sit in smoke all day and re-breath it in. The solution was simple, use an electronic cigarette. Water vapor will not produce any of the negative effects, I don’t miss any of the TV I am watching, and I am not getting bitten by the 1 million plus mosquitoes waiting for me as soon as I step out the door.
Vaping at home Result: A Success – Happy Wife = Happy Husband

Next I headed to work at an office building on a smoke free campus. Quite clearly, smoking is not wanted in Madison, WI. I began to use my electronic cigarette at my desk. There are several people in the cubes around me, not one noticed. If I lit a cigarette… all hell would break loose. I no longer ran around the office trying to find a way or an excuse to get outside to smoke a cigarette, my nicotine craving was satisfied.
Vaping at work Result: A Success – Less time leaving to go far away to smoke = A more productive me and happy stock holders (even though they may not know the direct impact I was providing).

On the way home I needed gas. I stopped at a local gas station and went inside. I saw overpriced low quality e cigs inside, shook my head and walked out to the pump. I threw the nozzle in and began to vape. Looking around I saw people starting to stare at me in disbelief thinking I was smoking. Modified or custom-built electronic cigarettes, also known as mods, must be used in accordance with the instructions of the supplier, especially with regard to the use of protected, rechargeable batteries. A Look Into E Cigarette Claims

Electronic Cigarettes have come under scrutiny lately. Electronic Cigarette Nation is out to demystify the rumors and false statements made regarding e cigarettes and electronic cigars. At the beginning on the year, a researcher names Thomas Eissenberg released a study that showed the electronic cigarettes he tried delivered no nicotine at all. The study was done in 2008 and the brands were not from established, well respected companies. He was quoted as saying the following:

“Consumers have a right to expect that products marketed to deliver a drug will work safely and as promised. Our findings demonstrate that the ‘electronic cigarettes’ that we tested do not deliver the drug they are supposed to deliver. It’s not just that they delivered less nicotine than a cigarette. Rather, they delivered no measurable nicotine at all. In terms of nicotine delivery, these products were as effective as puffing from an unlit cigarette,” said principal investigator Thomas Eissenberg, Ph.D., professor in the VCU Department of Psychology.

While this news came as shocking and devastating to the electronic cigarette industry and it’s followers, few accepted this notion and looked into the matter further. It turns out that the electronic cigarettes sampled in the study were low end, low quality products. Consumers from around the web flooded his email box with legitimate brands that he should try. Few smokers could believe that they easily made the permanent transition to electronic cigarettes without getting any nicotine. He tried the KR808D model (available from Premium, Green Smoke, E-Rette, etc.) and saw results that were completly out of touch with his initial study in finding that he did receive a substancial amount of nicotine without his heart level rising.

I would also like to report some results from some personal experimentation. At the suggestion of some of you, I purchased a KR808D-1 with various strength cartridges (Cowboy flavor). I used it last night (18 mg cartomizer) and tested my urine with Nicalert strips this morning. Result? 5/6. Clearly, this result is consistent with recent nicotine exposure. The confusing thing is this: I used the device while hooked up to a heart rate monitor which an observer was watching and I was not. My heart rate showed negligible changes during my many puffs on the device (it was one with a manual switch, which I was pressing; I was using the USB pass through; yes I got vapor, and yes I inhaled – quite the throat hit, I can assure you). Obviously I am not going to write a paper about this single experience, and there is much to be learned, but I certainly agree with the many of you who suggested that these devices may very well behave differently than the ones that I tested.

Tampa Hospital Approves Electronic Cigarettes

Smokers have long been subject to special interest groups targeting them. It is no different with electronic cigarettes. As smokers face higher taxes and public humiliation for having to be segregated from the general population, lawmakers are always pushing to make matters worse. The truth is, the government does not want you to quit smoking cigarettes. They definitely don’t want you to switch to electronic cigarettes because they will lose all the tax dollars and have to raise taxes on the rest of America.

Smokers have had enough and are standing up around the world. Electronic cigarettes have exploded in popularity in Europe and are now facing opposition. We are not sure why no one wants to ban analog cigarettes. If they are so bad for everyone, apply the laws fairly and ban them all. At least that is the stance that Europeans are taking with a soaring number of petitions and protests. In America, lawmakers will have to be willing to raise the taxes for every service you use if they push to ban smoking all together.

The good news, a hospital in Tampa has given it’s stamp of approval to electronic cigarettes on their premises. If you are addicted to smoking, you know that your nicotine cravings must be satisfied. I have to wake up early and get caffeine in my system before I get moving too far and I am sure most of America is the same. When getting a caffeine fix, I can sit and my desk and continue to work while doing so. In order to satisfy my nicotine cravings I have to stop working and walk far enough away from the building to smoke. That all changed when I was introduced to electronic cigarettes. Now I can “smoke” or vape at my desk. There is no odor, no second hand smoke, and I am not ingesting thousands of chemicals just to get the nicotine. The Tampa hospital took a productive gains standpoint when approving electronic cigarettes on their grounds. The workers no longer need to go down many flights of stairs and hide, they just continue working while vaping with their e cig.

The hospital also reduced the amount of employees subject to second hand smoke and will drive down health costs, creating a great bottom line savings. I have been vaping in my smoke-free workplace with no problem at all and have seen great productivity gains myself. We have had vapers report that they have been able to use their e cig in airports, on airplanes, and in many other “smoke free” areas.

Doctors Support Electronic Cigarettes

The American Association of Public Health Physicians (AAPHP) has petitioned the FDA to change the classification of electronic cigarettes to be changed to a Tobacco product and NOT a drug device combination. The FDA has used the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 201(g) and 201(h) to try and control electronic cigarettes. The policy covering these products should be the new FDA/Tobacco legislation as a tobacco product according to the American Association of Public Health Physicians.

The AAPHP is also petitioning the FDA to change their high-ranking press release regarding electronic cigarettes that was issued on July 22nd, 2009. This petition has single handedly damaged the name of electronic cigarettes. The AAPHP has provided proof that the FDA needs to amend this document.
Joel L. Nitzkin, MD, MPH, DPA the Chair, Tobacco Control Task Force, American Association of Public Health Physicians (AAPHP) states that “reclassification of E-cigarettes to tobacco products could open the door to a new harm reduction component to current tobacco control programming. That new component, in turn, could rapidly and substantially reduce tobacco-related illness and death without increasing the numbers of teens initiating nicotine use.” This comes as a blow to the FDA’s statements regarding the safety of electronic cigarettes. Joel Nitzkin also points out that no money from electronic cigarette companies, tobacco companies, or any other source has been provided to them for their research and findings.

There currently are only two categories listed in the new FDA/Tobacco legislation, cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. Electronic Cigarettes do not fit in either of these categories so they request that they be put in a new category of nicotine vaporizers. They are requesting for them to be regulated the same as other tobacco products and warning labels to be put on ONLY for nicotine addiction. Electronic Cigarette Nation has been a strong supporter of certain laws changing regarding electronic cigarettes, such as age requirements and manufacturing requirements. The marketing material should also be regulated to ensure these are not targeting children. The quality of electronic cigarettes will rise and the wide variety of methods used to create the liquids will be consolidated into an approved method. This will increase the satisfaction and safety of electronic cigarette users.
The petition states ethical concerns as well, “FDA priorities are expected to be the protection of the public’s health. Agency decisions are expected to be based on the best available science. FDA should not mislead health-related organizations or the general public as to the health hazard posed by any product. FDA’s current stances relative to E cigarettes, as presented at the July 22, 2009 FDA press conference, fails on all three of these considerations.” As Americans, we trust in our government to be looking out for our best interests for the public. The FDA will need to read, review, and update their press release, which we understand will take time, however it should be posted within a month of acceptance of the science.
The AAPHP suggests that the risk of death would be less than 5% using electronic cigarettes based on the similar nature to other nicotine replacement products on the market today. The chemical Propylene glycol is recognized as safe and used in many products used in the food and drug industry today. The nicotine levels are similar to that of a cigarette according to the FDA’s study. The lives of 4 to 8 million of the current tobacco users could be saved over the next 20 years. The AAPHP believes that the deaths caused by tobacco products could drop to 10,000 a year after 20 years. The current death rate per year is 400,000+ people. These numbers are staggering and reaffirm what Electronic Cigarette Nation has believed this whole time regarding electronic cigarettes.

Most Americans want to quit smoking or know it is bad for them, however replacing the act of smoking is much more difficult compared to getting off the nicotine. Electronic Cigarettes offer multiple levels of nicotine and even a zero nicotine liquid. This could help you phase out the use of nicotine and still enjoy the process of smoking, which would greatly increase your chance of switching from traditional cigarettes for good. 98% of the deaths caused by tobacco related products come from traditional cigarettes.

New Hampshire Pushes to Ban Sales of Electronic Cigarettes to Minors

New Hampshire is the latest state to push for a ban on minors from purchasing electronic cigarettes. Electronic Cigarette Nation Supports these measures in full.

There are two essential reasons that this is good news:

1) We don’t want to see minors start smoking anything (analog cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, illegal drugs, etc.)
